Our Story
YGO SuperPro started the way most card stores do: with one person, a binder, and a locals.
Our founder Don spent a short shile running a brick-and-mortar TCG store in Blenheim, New Zealand — the kind of shop where the same group of duellists turn up every week, the regulars know your kid’s name, and the shelves have one of everything because someone, somewhere, will need it. After relocating to Australia in 2025, it became obvious the AU Yu-Gi-Oh scene needed the same thing: a singles-first store that actually plays the game, grades cards honestly, ships fast, and pays fair on buylists.
Today, YGO SuperPro ships from a Melbourne warehouse to duellists across Australia and worldwide. We stock singles across every set, every rarity, and every format from Advanced to Goat to Speed Duel. Every card is hand-graded by an experienced player before it goes live — no algorithms, no third-party drop-shipping, no surprises at unboxing.
We’re also the home of Go! SuperPro, our own line of premium TCG accessories — binders and toploader folders designed by people who actually use them

Meet our Founder
Don Marshall, Founder
Don grew up in Blenheim, NZ. After a short while running Sanctum hobbies and Collectables in Blenheim, the love for the game became the business: full-time TCG retail, deck-building consultancy, and on-site grading.
The move to Australia in 2025 wasn’t about chasing a bigger market — it was about being closer to where the AU competitive scene was growing. Don still attends locals in Melbourne, plays at YCS when work allows, and personally grades the high-value singles before they list.

Honest grading
Every single is graded by hand using NM/LP/MP/HP. We list down a grade rather than up. If a card arrives below its listed condition, we cover return postage and refund without question.

Buylist that pays

We play the game we sell. Every staff member duels, follows the meta, and personally grades singles. Decisions about stock, pricing, and grading are made by people who’ve sat across from a Snake-Eye combo at locals.

Common questions about YGO SuperPro
Are you an Australian business? YGO SuperPro Limited is registered in New Zealand (NZBN: 9429051206178) but the operation dispatches from within Australia. Australian customers buy in AUD, ship from an AU warehouse, and pay no international duties. NZ and overseas customers ship via Australia Post international.
Do you have a storefront I can visit? We run online-only at this stage, but it’s a dream to open up a physical shop again. The fastest way to talk to us is through the contact form.
How long have you been operating? [The current YGO SuperPro brand launched in 2023, building on previous experience of brick-and-mortar TCG retail experience.
Where do you source your singles? Direct from the manufacturer (booster-box openings), direct from customers (our buylist and collections program), and from auction-house lots for high-value singles. Every card is hand-graded before listing — we never drop-ship.
Can I sell you my old cards? Yes — we run an active buylist (specific cards we want) and collections program (whole binders / inherited collections / liquidations). Get a quote within 24 hours.
